Intuition may have a subtle voice, but you know when it's telling you something when you're in a noisy crowd or at a football match just as much as when you're sitting quietly watching the moon rise or the waves lap on the beach.
Your body has learned over time to recognize what seems right and wrong. It knows from experience the unconscious signals that people give out that jar with the vibration of truth that you feel in your heart and your mind. It knows when someone is putting up barriers, and it knows when someone is letting them drop. It knows when the time is right to do something and it can also tell you when something is very wrong.
It can guide your hands and your heart, and ultimately, the course of your life. You can learn to tune into that subtle voice so that when it speaks to you, you will hear it more clearly and can be guided by it.
Call it what you will - gut instinct, a sixth sense, or just a hunch. There are physical signs to let you know that your intuition is giving your sleeve a little tug. It's simply a question of learning what those signs are; what they're alerting you to and how to recognize its variations.
You've probably experienced those signs a million times. You can remember being asked to be part in something that didn't 'feel' right. Your gut twisted. You just knew it sawn’t in your best interest. Remember what that experience was like and why you experienced it. And remember the emotions you experienced when you knew you had chosen the right path - that thrill in your skin and your veins. You had a different level of energy within you.
Listen to it. Allow your imagination to guide you. Take no notice of distractions and noise. Just allow those emotions to come through and experience their exact effect on the way you breathe and the way your heartbeat changes. Listen to who you really are and what your inner truths are because what rings true will make your heart sing. And when you have the sense that something’s wrong, your intuition will let you know loud and clear.
And given time, intuition won't need to tug at your sleeve. You will be living intuitively, sensing the world around you with keen awareness and being alive to the vibration of truth.
