6. Open the box on the following night. Meditate with it and let the energies of love bring more to you. Meditate for as long as you want. Cover the box again to let the energies recharge when you are finished. You can repeat this every night if you wish.
7. You can replace the herbs every month during the dark moon so that the growth of the love energies corresponds with the waxing of the moon.
